The Rickel Foundation is proud to support Juventud de mi Patria, a stirring choral celebration of Puerto Rican identity, memory, and pride. Held at the historic Teatro de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, this year’s concert spotlighted over 80 young voices under the direction of María Gabriela Rodríguez and pianist Irina Rivera.
From mountain ballads to patriotic anthems, the repertoire paid tribute to Puerto Rican mothers and the soul of the island—its landscapes, stories, and struggles—through the power of song.
