I got to see students that typically never interact with each other bond and immerse themselves in learning, together. My students and I had an amazing time and we hope we can return next year with another group.

We believe that EVERY student deserves the opportunity to learn about our marine ecosystem in an interactive and immersive experience. Thanks to the Annette Urso Rickel Foundation, more students than ever before will have this opportunity either through in person experiences or via online resources that will be available worldwide. We are grateful to be able to reach students who otherwise would not be able to participate.

The gift provided by the Annette Urso Rickel Foundation humbles our leadership team of the Olga Iglesias Project, and we are proud to say that through their generosity we can mentor and support the careers of emerging classical vocal artists originating from the island of Puerto Rico. With the Annette Urso Rickel Foundation by our side, we couldn’t be more grateful as we are right now knowing that their impact will reverberate for years to come.

Atlantic Center for the Arts is honored and grateful to partner with the Annette Urso Rickel Foundation to support talented emerging artists in ACA’s Mentoring Artists-in-Residence Program, offering a one-of-a-kind, interdisciplinary, and collaborative environment of mentorship at the highest level.

The Annette Urso Rickel Foundation enabled our school to create a research environment, one where our students could participate in an authentic exploration of innovation and discovery. It was a remarkable opportunity that really proved why this type of teaching method is so necessary for our leaders of tomorrow. We are forever grateful.
