Annette Urso Rickel Foundation featured by South Florida PBS

The Annette Urso Rickel Foundation will be featured in this month’s program guide for South Florida PBS, a station devoted to increasing our educated populace. We are proud to support their programming, including KidVision Full Steam Ahead!

Their audience of up to 6 million Floridians serves from the Treasure Coast to the Florida Keys. The piece which adorns the inside cover reads:

Jay Rickel and his Board, on behalf of the Annette Urso Rickel Foundation, seek to enrich STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics) education in Florida schools and organizations by supporting inspired students and cultivating talented teachers through scholarships and grants. The Rickel Foundation supports individuals and organizations who bring together elements of STEAM education to benefit students as well as the larger community. They fully believe that the Arts are an integral powerhouse that ignites students’ imaginations as lifelong learners, a belief that is shared and championed by South Florida PBS as well. South Florida PBS is grateful for Jay and the Foundation’s continued philanthropy and commitment, especially to our KidVision Full STEAM Ahead programming.”
